Apply the decision to the actual Louisville vacancy

Name the street address, municipality and county, and keep Louisville neighborhoods separate from the small cities around them. Prospect appears in both Jefferson and Oldham counties in the Census file, so a Prospect address needs its county. Fern Creek, Okolona, Pleasure Ridge Park and Valley Station are communities that LOJIC lists as 2000 Census Designated Places and that the 2020 Census file does not list as places. Coverage on this site is limited to Kentucky; a hospital in Indiana falls under a different licensing authority.

Give the hiring team one brief for each facility, with clinical work, technician tasks, weekend duties and location commitments stated together. Kentucky asks veterinarians for 30 hours of continuing education every two years, at least 15 of them live, so state the support the practice provides. O*NET OnLine, using Bureau of Labor Statistics 2025 wage data, lists a higher median annual wage for veterinarians in the Louisville/Jefferson County area, which includes Indiana counties, than in Kentucky overall and a lower one than in the United States, which is context candidates may bring to an offer. Auburn University states that it reserves 38 seats in each class of 130 for Kentucky residents, and Kentucky regulation accepts a veterinary degree from a program accredited by the AVMA Council on Education. This site describes employer hiring coverage without claiming a Louisville recruiting office.

Give every provider the same hospital address, clinical scope, work schedule, compensation structure and decision dates. Compare the plan for that brief. A result appearing for a city search does not prove a provider has a local office or available candidates there.
